Terms of Service

By accessing or using VendorPulse ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") at vendorpulse.biz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

VendorPulse is a software release tracking and notification platform that monitors public third-party vendor repositories and registries. We aggregate publicly available release information and deliver notifications to subscribers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the vendors tracked on our platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

VendorPulse offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription ("Premium") at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds: All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@vendorpulse.biz within 7 days.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to harass others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its availability or performance.

All content, branding, and software on the Service (excluding publicly available vendor data) are the property of VendorPulse or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Vendor names, logos, and release data are the property of their respective owners. VendorPulse makes no claim of ownership over third-party content displayed on the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that release information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. You should verify critical software updates directly with the vendor before taking action.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENDORPULSE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VendorPulse and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or emailing registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
